Ordering:
Online store products are ordered by adding the desired products to the shopping cart and making a payment using one of the provided payment methods. If you wish, you can register and thus use the pre-filled contact information in connection with future orders. You can also place an order without registering. Paytrail Oyj appears as the recipient of the payment on the bank statement or card invoice and forwards the payment to the merchant. Paytrail Oyj has a payment institution license. Order confirmation:
After accepting the order, you will receive an order confirmation by email, which details the ordered products, the price of the products and the delivery costs. Receiving the order confirmation requires that you provide your email address when placing the order. At the same time, the customer agrees to the valid delivery terms.

Shipping costs:
The shipping costs are displayed in the shopping cart before the order is accepted. All export and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer. In addition, any fees or costs incurred due to packages not being collected are the responsibility of the customer.

Right of return:
According to the Finnish Consumer Protection Act, the consumer has the right to return the ordered product within 14 days of receiving the goods, excluding discounted products. Please inspect the product as soon as possible after receiving the shipment. The product must be unused and in full saleable condition and must be carefully packed in the original/original equivalent packaging for shipping. Please also include your name and contact information with the return. The buyer pays the shipping costs for the return, we do not accept returns sent by cash on delivery. A return must always be notified in advance by sending an email to info@haijest.fi.

Please note that failure to pick up a delivered order does not constitute a return. If the product is defective upon arrival, a complaint must be made immediately (no later than 14 days after receiving the shipment) by sending an email to info@haijest.fi.
